LONGUEVILLE HOUSE

The Longueville house presented a conflict between maximising the solar opportunity to the North whilst capitalising on the views to the South. These dual competing interests called for a solution on balancing the two without compromising on either. The existing enclosed spaces and low ceilings have been opened up by way of a grand, soaring roof form which connects to the immediate fine grain landscaping along with the wider grain suburban connection and view across the city.
